If you ever have a problem with a CD Kayak, we'll do everything that we can to solve it. And if an inspection shows one of our kayaks to have a flaw that is not normal wear, we'll fix it, or replace it, free of charge.
First contact your dealer, or call us. You'll need to take the kayak to your dealer. If necessary, we'll pick it up and return it there. If the kayak doesn't meet our high standards of quality, we'll repair it, or give you a new one, at our option.
